Shipping

Every order ships free within the lower 48 states. No minimum, no options to choose between, no surprise at checkout.

How long it takes

We pack and ship orders ourselves from San Diego. Most orders leave within one business day, and we allow up to three during busy weeks.

From there it travels USPS Ground Advantage, which typically takes 2 to 5 business days depending on distance. The West Coast is usually on the faster end, the East Coast the slower.

So in practice, most orders arrive 4 to 7 business days after you place them. You'll get a tracking number by email the moment the label is created.

Those windows are USPS service standards rather than guarantees. Weather, holidays and carrier backlogs can add a few days, and we have no way to speed a package up once it's in their hands.

Need it faster

Express shipping is sometimes available for an additional fee, usually USPS Priority Mail, which typically runs 1 to 3 business days instead of 2 to 5.

It isn't an option at checkout. Email info@thevitacube.com before you order, or right after, and tell us the ZIP code and the date you need it by. We'll price it and let you know whether it's actually going to make it in time. If it won't, we'll say so rather than take your money.

Where we ship

The lower 48 states only, for now. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.

If you're outside that area and you want one, email us. We can't promise anything, but we'd rather hear from you than have you assume the answer is no forever.

Arrived damaged

Send a photo of the damage and a photo of the box it came in to info@thevitacube.com.

We'll ship a replacement right away. You don't wait for us to file a carrier claim, and you don't wait for that claim to resolve. That's our problem, not yours. Nothing to send back.

Please reach out within 30 days of delivery so we can still file with USPS.

Tracking says delivered but nothing arrived

Check with anyone else at the address and look anywhere a carrier might leave a small box. If it still hasn't turned up after 48 hours, email us and we'll sort it out.

Wrong address

If you catch a typo, email us immediately. Before the label prints we can fix it in seconds. After that, the package has to make its way back to us before we can resend, which takes a couple of weeks.
